Calls for the arrest of female teacher in viral video intensifies

Currently, social media users have launched a campaign aimed at getting Zvikomborero Maria Makedenge arrested.

The calls for her arrest follows after her video with a 16 year old male student surfaced online.

As suggested by the group calling for her arrest, what the 33-year-old teacher did was inappopirate because the student is just 16.

Meanwhile, it has been alleged that the incident happened inside the female teacher’s house after she invited the student over to help her with painting work inside her room.

It can be emphatically stated that the video was recorded with the consent of the duo citing the position of the camera.

@Prince_B – If it had been a man abusing a 16-year-old girl, there would be no hesitation, no silence. But because the abuser is a woman and the victim a boy, society seems to suddenly forget what consent means. That is a double standard and a dangerous hypocrisy

@LanisterThe – Silence on this issue is dangerous. A 16-year-old boy is still a child under the law, and a 33-year-old adult has no business crossing that line. You can’t fight for equality and then ignore abuse simply because the victim is male. Protecting boys matters just as much. Wrong is wrong.

On both genders let us protect minors… Men take care of the young ones as your daughters or young sisters allow them to have a choice and women, especially a mother, just think if it was your son
