For those not able to pair the camera to your Wi-Fi, note that it will NOT pair to a 5G network. I setup 2nd 2.4G network on my T-mobile router and finally got camera to recognize it. As far as this app, do not signup or even use the Cloud, rather purchase a 64mg micro SD for $10 and format it with the app. Set app so it records movement, I use the low setting, not record continuously. I review the prior night recordings or current recorded events from the SD card. It can be set to follow and record the person and send a phone notification when setup with the free AI option. So far only used about 4% of SD memory after over a week of activity. I’m assuming when card is full I can reformat it again to erase the old data and start over. Play around with app settings to get familiar with the features. It does logout now and then but I’m back in with 3 quick taps, no big deal. I like it so far and the picture quality is excellent. Note, in order to speak through the camera you need to press and hold the microphone icon.

Generally, a quality productThe camera is generally a good quality camera however it is costly because you have to maintain a membership and then you also have to maintain a cloud membership different than some other cameras because some most of the cameras you can just use a memory card but because you need to have a 4G or 5G Membership, they lock you into having a cloud storage along with it.My problem is that every once in a while, it doesn’t connect and there is no one to get in touch with you have to leave emails and then they will answer you at their leisure. I find it being a problem because the time zone change from here to Singapore where there customer support is. The other unfortunate feature is. To load up takes almost 5 seconds for it to load up and in the meantime, whatever person, animal or incident is either already started or gone. Unfortunately, it doesn’t wake up as soon as something comes across the camera lens and that really makes it problematic if you ever have a break-in or you have the camera watching your vehicles so you won’t see who broke into your vehicle because the camera doesn’t stay awake and doesn’t wake up fast enough.
