Ratings & Reviews

289 Ratings Really helpful with its 2 modes of timing

I have to time presentations for workshops and I found this app super helpful when I have to quickly time something for 15 minutes and also when I have to time something to end at a certain time. This one app does both all on the same page and you can quickly tell a speaker they have 17 minutes to the break time, for example (no needing to calculate it yourself). Highly recommended!

Functional simplicity…

This is one of those apps which you’ll download for one particular purpose and then it slowly creeps into your EDA (every day app) collection. For me it started w short, time-based balance exercises (I.e. standing on one foot for 90 seconds). Then it began being used in the kitchen. Now, every time I’m not sitting at my computer (where I use Gestimer) this is my go to app.

Developer Response

Thank you for sharing how the app has seamlessly integrated into your daily life, from balance exercises to kitchen tasks. It's incredibly rewarding to see it evolve into your go-to app beyond its initial purpose.

Came for the seconds and stayed for silent alarm

Apple native timer didn’t have seconds until a few years ago. It still doesn’t have a true silent feature. This app does. Also, if you want to use two timers at once, this is a great option!

Developer Response

Thank you for pointing out what sets our app apart from the native option! I'm glad the seconds feature and true silent mode meet your needs, especially when using multiple timers simultaneously.

This is one of the only timer apps that vibrates on top of being one of the only one that vibrates successfully each and every time more than any other app I found on the App Store other ones will be successful two out of five times better than others as far as actually vibrating when the time is up and not missing a beat.

Hello, I'm still coughing. This is an urgent fix. Fix - Fixed an issue where the completion alert appeared repeatedly In the previous release, I improved repeat notifications in the background, but as a side effect, the completion alert could end up stacking and appearing multiple times. Thanks to your feedback, I was able to fix this quickly. Thank you! If anything feels off, please let me know from Settings => Requests. Bug reports and feature requests are always a huge help. If you're enjoying the app, I'd really appreciate it if you could leave a review. See you next time!

2.7.7

Hello, I came down with a fever. This time, I improved repeat notifications in the background. New - Repeat notifications can now be delivered multiple times in the background Previously, if repeat was turned on and a timer was running in the background, you would only get one notification. I changed this so that, just like when repeat is off, you can now receive notifications multiple times in the background according to the timer's repeat count. It is a small detail, but with settings like 30 minutes, repeat turned on, and the app closed, a single notification can be easy to miss, so this may be a bigger improvement than it sounds. Please give it a try. If anything feels off, please use Settings => Requests and let me know. Bug reports and feature requests are always a big help. If you like the app, I would appreciate it if you could leave a review. See you next time!

2.7.6

Hello, hay fever has been rough. This time, it is a small fix. Fix - Upgrade failures I received reports that some users who wanted to upgrade to the paid version were somehow unable to do so. This update addresses that issue. This app is usable for free, but the paid version is more convenient in many ways, like letting you see the countdown on the lock screen. If you like, please try the free trial. If anything concerns you, please feel free to contact me from Settings => Requests. Your bug reports and feature requests always help me a lot. If you like the app, I'd really appreciate it if you could leave a review. See you next time!

2.7.5

Hello, I stocked up on Heattech. This time, this is an emergency fix for the startup blackout issue. Fix - Fixed the startup blackout issue. This was originally to fix an issue on the cast side, but it caused an inconvenience, so I am issuing an emergency fix. I am sorry. If anything concerns you, please feel free to contact me from Settings => Requests. Your bug reports and feature requests always help me a lot. If you like the app, I'd really appreciate it if you could leave a review. See you next time!

2.7.4

Hello, I’ve kept up the early mornings. This update focuses on stability improvements around Cast playback. Fix - Prevented a recurring issue where the screen could turn black on the first AirPlay/Cast connection. If you notice anything, please reach out from Settings => Requests. Bug reports and feature requests are always a big help. If you like the app, I’d really appreciate a review. See you soon!

2.7.3

Hi, I've been a bit short on exercise lately. This update mainly focuses on improving the look of the timer list and fixing notifications and update prompts. New - Improved the badge showing the scheduled end time in the timer list for better readability Fix - Fixed an issue where end notifications could repeatedly arrive when resuming a timer - Fixed inconsistent layout constraints in the timer list - Fixed an issue where the border color of the end-time badge looked unnatural in Dark Mode - Fixed an issue where navigation to the review screen could sometimes happen twice If anything catches your eye, please feel free to reach out via Settings => Requests in the app. If you like the app, I'd be happy if you could leave a review. See you next time!

2.7.2

Hello, I've gained a little weight. This update mainly focuses on fixes around alert display (completion/repeat during AirPlay) and the time list refresh. Fixes - Fixed an issue where completion/repeat alerts could become fixed or duplicated during AirPlay mirroring. - Reviewed the retry and auto-stop behavior of system alerts and fixed an issue where the stop timing could drift. - Reviewed the time list refresh logic and fixed issues with timezone-change updates and end-time display offsets. - Reviewed the music playback notification handling and fixed a crash that could occur during playback. - Fixed a crash on launch that could occur due to corrupted ad data. This update is mainly about stability, so it may be a subtle update. If anything feels off, please use Settings > Requests in the app. If you like the app, I'd be happy if you could leave a review. See you!

2.7.1

Hi, thanks again for this year. This time, it's a small fix. Fix - Fixed an issue where the main screen didn't return after mirroring ended. This update fixes a bug when using the timer on a large screen. If anything catches your eye, please let me know via Settings => Requests in the app. If you like the app, I'd be happy if you could leave a review. See you next time!

2.7.0

Hi, I'm still building steadily through year-end. This update mainly focuses on small fixes and making the update notice easier to read. Fixes - Screen casting can now be shown in Split View. - Adjusted the update notification screen to be easier to read in dark mode. - Reworked the play/stop handling for notification sounds to reduce freezes and minimize impact on other audio. - Released notification-sound monitoring and resources on memory warnings to fix instability. - Moved support initialization to the background to reduce load right after launch. - Fixed an issue where ad initialization could run more than once. If anything catches your eye, please let me know via Settings => Requests in the app. If you like the app, I'd be happy if you could leave a review. See you next time!

2.6.9

Hello, I've been keeping up my stretching. This update focuses on stabilizing AirPlay/mirroring display, timer restore, and music alarms. Fix - Fixed an issue where screen sync could drift during mirroring. - Fixed clipping and overscan offsets during AirPlay. - Prevented duplicate timer launches and duplicate date-update timers. - Improved to reduce remaining-time jitter when returning from background. - Fixed a layout issue that could occur on older iOS versions. - Improved stability by reducing conflicts in background processing and settings saves. - Fixed inconsistencies in permission guidance and purchase flow when selecting a music alarm. - Fixed an issue where stopping a music alarm could stop playback in other apps. There are a lot of fixes, but the main one is that I fixed display bugs when mirroring the timer to another screen like Apple TV. I hadn't really used it this way myself, so I only noticed it after getting feedback. Thank you. If anything stands out, please feel free to use Settings => Requests in the app! If you like the app, I'd be happy if you could leave a review. See you next time!

2.6.8

Hello, I’ve been keeping up with getting up early. This update mainly focuses on fixes around timer resume (notifications/background) and Live Activity display. I also revisited the usability of the repeat settings and the completion alert. New - You can now confirm the repeat count with a single tap. - Made the buttons in the timer-finished alert easier to tap. Fix - Fixed an issue where the remaining time in Live Activity would sometimes stop updating. - Fixed an issue where remaining time could show 0:00 after returning to the app by tapping a notification. - Fixed an issue where remaining time could increase after returning from the background. - Fixed an issue where vibration could sometimes not stop after repeat completion. - Fixed an issue where the app could crash on launch in some environments. In this update, I focused on scenarios that are likely to happen in daily use, such as returning from notifications/background. I adjusted how remaining time is handled so mismatches between Live Activity and the in-app display are less likely. If you notice anything, please reach out from Settings => Feedback in the app. If you enjoy the app, I’d appreciate a review. See you next time!

2.6.7

Hello—I've been waking up early lately. This update focuses mainly on stability fixes for returning from the background and launching the app. New - On the subscription screen for Premium users, I made the status display clearer based on your current plan. Fix - Fixed an issue where the timer’s remaining time sometimes wouldn’t sync when returning from the background. - Fixed an issue where the app could crash on launch in some environments. - Fixed an issue where the Terms of Use / Privacy Policy links could be duplicated or sometimes fail to open. In this update, I improved the flow so it’s easier to reach information that was hard to find. I also reviewed the parts that tend to become unstable during launch and resume. If anything feels off, please feel free to contact me via Settings => Requests in the app. If you enjoy the app, I’d really appreciate it if you could leave a review. See you!

2.6.6

Hello. I can finally wake up at 7 a.m. Now, this update brings several big changes. New - Support for iOS 26 - Option to hide the repeat button - Updated feedback and help system First, we now support iOS 26. We've tested a lot, but if you find any issues, please let us know from Settings => Feedback. Also, some people said they accidentally tap the repeat button, so on the Settings => Repeat count screen, we added an option to hide it completely. We also moved the help and feedback service to Intercom, which should feel much easier to use. If you enjoy the app, a review would make us happy. Thank you!

2.6.5

Hello. I gave up on waking up early. Well, this time it's an important bug fix. - Fixed iPad screen closing bug Fixed a bug where the close button didn't work when opening the paid screen on iPad since iOS 18.4. It worked fine before, and since I usually use iPhone, I didn't notice it for a while. It was a quietly serious bug, so I fixed it urgently. If you like the app, I'd be happy if you could write a review! See you!

2.6.4

Hello. I've been waking up early for a week straight. Well, this time it's another small bug fix. @Lock Screen Count Display The paid version has a lock screen count display feature, but there was a bug where this display would disappear if paused midway. Also, there was a bug where the count would continue even if paused. I think this may have happened due to a recent modification in the count display section. I've fixed this quickly. Thank you for reporting it. In addition, I've also made other minor UI improvements. If you like the app, I'd be happy if you could write a review. See you!

2.6.3

Hello there! I've put away my winter clothes. This update mainly focuses on bug fixes: @ Issue with ads appearing in the paid version @ App crashing after launch In the previous update, I made various improvements after a long time, but unfortunately, some bugs appeared as well. Thanks to your feedback, I was able to identify these bugs and fix them quickly. Sorry for any inconvenience! I'll continue to fix minor bugs as I find them. If you enjoy the app, I'd appreciate it if you could leave a review. Thank you!

This update brings UI improvements and bug fixes. - The premium version screen has been renewed - Automated restoration for the premium version - Fixed timer display on the lock screen First, the premium version screen has been significantly renewed. It looks much nicer and is easier to understand, so please take a look. Also, restoration of the premium version is now automated. Additionally, for the premium version, the timer count is displayed on the lock screen, and this part has been slightly fixed. The issue where it wouldn't work immediately after purchase without restarting has been resolved. If you like the app, I would appreciate it if you could write a review. Thank you!

2.5.4

Hello, I'm still keeping up with waking up early. This time, we have bug fixes and language support updates. - Bug fixes for music selection - Language support for various countries Firstly, we've fixed a bug related to changing the alarm sound to a voice purchased from iTunes Music available in the paid version. This was working fine before, but a bug occurred due to a recent iOS update where the permission part of the privacy settings did not appear properly. We're thankful for the feedback from our users that allowed us to notice this. Furthermore, we have properly supported various languages, including Chinese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, and Russian. It would be great if you could introduce the app to your foreign friends. If you like the app, we would be happy if you could write a review!

2.5.2

Hello. I've managed to wake up early for a month now. This time, there are some nice improvements: - Icons in the settings screen - Increased alarm notification limit Firstly, we've added small icons to the settings screen, slightly improving its appearance. Please check it out. Next, it's about the behavior of notifications when the timer's alarm is set to repeat indefinitely. Previously, background notifications stopped after 10 times, but now they can repeat up to the limit of 60 times. This change was made because it was mentioned that sometimes 10 notifications weren't enough to get noticed, so we've adjusted it to utilize the iPhone's notification limit as much as possible. If you like the app, I would be happy if you could write a review!

2.5.0

Hello, I'm still making regular visits to the dentist. Now, this update is a modest improvement. @ Adjusted the end time text @ Adjusted the countdown numbers @ Added support for Korean and German @ Other minor fixes Recently, I've been making the text on the list screen and countdown screen more readable and have added font adjustments. As a result, the text for the end time became a bit too small, so I've adjusted it. I believe it's now easier to see. Also, I've made the countdown numbers slightly larger for better visibility. Furthermore, ListTimer seems to be gaining some popularity in Korea and Germany, so I've properly supported both languages. Apparently, a Korean idol mentioned it on Twitter recently. That was exciting! If you like the app, I'd appreciate it if you could leave a review!

2.4.9

Hello, going to the dentist has been tough. Now, onto an urgent bug fix. @Issue with Screen Misalignment and Unresponsive Buttons We've fixed a serious issue that arose in a recent update, where the screen would misalign and buttons would become unresponsive on the count screen. Despite the severity of this issue, we had difficulty reproducing it on our end. However, we've finally identified the cause and believe it has been resolved with this update. Thanks to users who provided information about the devices, versions, and situations where the issue occurred, we were able to pinpoint the cause. We truly appreciate it! If you enjoy using the app, we would be delighted if you could leave a review!

2.4.6

Hello, I've managed to catch up on sleep. This time, we have bug fixes and support for bold text. Bug fix for screen malfunction Support for bold text settings Firstly, we've addressed a bug that has been occurring since the last update, where the screen would suddenly shift and become unresponsive. We're still not sure how to reproduce this bug and it has been quite troubling, but we've made some changes where we think the issue might lie. We believe this should probably fix the issue, but we would be happy to receive feedback based on your settings. Additionally, we've had feedback that the numbers on the list screen and countdown screen are hard to read for those with presbyopia. So, we've made it compatible with the iOS bold text setting. We've also slightly changed the standard font size to improve visibility. Balancing design and readability is challenging, but we think we've managed to get it just right. If you like the app, we would be delighted if you could write a review!
