The heart of the highly electrified 8HP 4th gen plugin hybrid transmission are the two integrated components: the electric machine with hair pin winding can generate a peak power of more than 150 kW and a torque of 450 Nm. It is powered by an integrated power electronic which is water cooled and highly efficient.
